50kg is my new favourite.
Today was:
3 x 15 kettle bell swings at 28kg.
Then:
50 x 24” box jumps,
4 rounds:
20 x push press @ 50kg,
20 x strict chin ups,
400m run,
100 x double under’s.
Finisher:
25 x full snatches @ 50kg.
